After thirty years in the financial services industry - holding senior positions at such firms as Chase, Institutional Investor, Nikko Capital Management, and Mutual of America - Joe turned to his life-long hobby of real estate and joined Beaudoin Realty Group. Shortly thereafter, Joe launched Garden Heights Property Management (GHPM) to serve the needs of unique small co-op’s primarily located in Jackson Heights.
Joe holds an MS in Business Policy from Columbia University and did undergraduate work at Pace. His affiliations include formerly holding Series 6, 26 and 63 licenses, being a member of the National Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors. Joe is a board member and Treasurer of his Forest Hills cooperative, providing him with a deep knowledge of how tenant-owned buildings operate. Joe's financial background and attention to detail serve him well in helping his clients achieve their financial objectives.
