GHPM was established to meet the needs of small and medium sized building property owners.
The founder of GHPM have over thirty years of combined experience in financial and real estate management. These experiences, coupled with his neighborhood awareness, has led him to conclude that the small and medium sized properties (up to 40 units) have not been provided with the same level of service as large buildings – until now.
