Joseph Brunken
After thirty+ years in the financial services industry – holding senior positions at such firms as Chase, Institutional Investor, Nikko Capital Management, Mutual of America and Amalgamated Bank – Joe turned to his life-long hobby of real estate and joined Beaudoin Realty Group. Shortly thereafter, Joe launched Garden Heights Property Management (GHPM) to serve the needs of unique small co-op’s.
Joe holds an MS in Business Policy from Columbia University and did undergraduate work at Pace University. His affiliations include having held NASD Series 6, 26 and 63 licenses, being a member of the NY and National Associations of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors. Joe is a former board member and treasurer of his Forest Hills and Greystone cooperatives, providing him with a deep knowledge of how tenant-owned buildings operate. Joe’s financial background and attention to detail serve him well in helping his clients achieve their financial objectives. Joe also volunteers his time in the community as Board Chair of The Lowell School, Board member and Treasurer of Jackson Heights Beautification Group and Board member and Vice President of Forest Hills Van Court Association.
Will R. Weaver
William Weaver was raised in Brooklyn, NY. When he turned 18 he chose to serve is country and enlisted in the United States Army as an infantryman. There he helped carry out field training exercises and assisted with mission planning. While in the reserves, William entered college and earned a BS from SUNY Maritime college majoring in International Transportation and Trade, after graduating William later received an honorable discharge from the military. His desire to continue to serve drove him to pursue a position to serve the residents of NYC. While working for the city he earned his real estate salespersons license in 2017. This multi-dimensional background has enabled Will to meet and overcome challenges, perform well under pressure, and succeed in a collaborative team environment.
